This course introduces students to the study of specific aspects of Business Law. It discusses sources of law, legal issues involved in the establishment of companies and corporations as well as the rights and responsibilities of consumers under existing legislation. It also discusses some of the ethical issues involved in business decision making
Admission Requirement
The completion of at least secondary / high school with at least two CXC/CSEC/GCE subjects. Alternatively, experience in the same or a closely related field.
