The T. A. Marryshow Community College invites applications from suitably qualified persons to fill the temporary vacancy of Administrative Clerk/Cashier at the Six Roads Campus, Carriacou.  

The successful candidate will be required to inter alia:

  1. To answer the telephone in a professional and courteous manner, transfer calls as needed, and take detailed messages when clients are to be called back;
  2. To greet clients in a professional and courteous manner and provide information as needed;
  3. To perform the following cashing duties:
    1. Collect and record all fees paid by students;
    2. Issue official receipts for all monies collected;
    3. Prepare bank deposit slips on a daily basis;
  4. To provide clerical support to the Director of the Six Roads Campus and other staff; and
  5. To undertake any related duties assigned from time to time.


Potential candidates should possess at least an Associate Degree in Office Administration, or other equivalent professional or technical certification in a relevant area.
