The T. A. Marryshow Community College invites applications from suitably qualified persons to temporarily fill the post of Administrative Clerk/Relief Cashier in the Bursar’s Office.

The successful candidate will be required to inter alia:  

  1. 1.To answer the telephone in a professional and courteous manner, transfer calls as needed, and take detailed messages when clients are to be called back;
  2. 2.To greet clients in a professional and courteous manner and provide information as needed;
  3. 3.To assist the Bursar in making contact with as well as to receive and send messages to various stakeholders as directed by the Bursar;
  4. 4.To provide clerical support to Bursar’s Office;
  5. 5.To actively update the Bursar’s diary of appointments and correspondences;;
  6. 6.To perform duties as a relief Cashier;
  7. 7.To undertake any related duty assigned from time to time.


Potential candidates should posses at least an Associate’s Degree majoring in the relevant area and experience in cashing.
