The Academic Board is responsible for the academic programme of the College and in particular shall –
(a) monitor and make arrangements to maintain academic and teaching standards in programmes of the College;
(b) keep under review and develop curriculum content and teaching methods;
(c) devise and develop course programmes requirements;
(d) be responsible for moderation, accreditation and certification of academic achievement subject to any requirements of the Council and the Education Programmes Board;
(e) arrange for staff development, training and research.
The Academic Board is headed by the Principal and is made up of full-time members of the academic staff.
